Jason Allen is the founder and agency owner of Allen Insurance Agency. Since 2019, Jason has built the agency around a philosophy of client education, personalized service, and long-term relationships, believing that the best insurance decisions are made when clients understand their coverage and have confidence that they, their families, and the assets they've worked hard to build are protected. A graduate of Lehigh University, Jason brings more than 17 years of experience in solutions-based sales, client service, and business development. He is passionate about helping clients identify potential coverage gaps, understand their insurance options, and develop protection strategies that align with their goals and unique circumstances. In addition to serving clients, Jason is dedicated to educating professionals throughout the community. As a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed continuing education provider, Allen Insurance Agency offers insurance-focused courses designed to help real estate professionals better understand insurance topics that impact homebuyers, property owners, and their clients. Jason is an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for both Grapevine Chamber of Commerce and the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation. His commitment to education, service, and community involvement reflects the values that continue to shape Allen Insurance Agency.

Julie serves as the Client Service and Support Specialist for Allen Insurance Agency and is a licensed Texas Property & Casualty and Life insurance professional. As a primary point of contact for our clients, she assists with general policy questions, policy transactions, coverage needs, and day-to-day service requests, helping ensure clients receive knowledgeable, responsive, and personalized support throughout their relationship with the agency. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Julie brings extensive professional experience in project management and solutions-based sales to her role. Her background has developed a strong ability to identify needs, navigate complex situations, coordinate details, and find practical solutions. Julie takes a proactive, full-service approach to client care, combining attention to detail with a genuine commitment to helping clients understand and manage their insurance needs. With her combination of insurance knowledge and dedication to service, Julie sets the gold standard for the client experience at Allen Insurance Agency.

Lindsay serves as Marketing Operations Manager for Allen Insurance Agency, overseeing marketing initiatives, communications, brand development, community partnerships, and operational support for the agency. She brings a diverse background in sales, operations, customer service, and business management. Prior to joining the agency in 2022, Lindsay spent 15 years in the financial services industry, holding roles spanning sales, branch operations, leadership, and risk management. She later transitioned into small business ownership, where she managed all aspects of a brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail business, including operations, marketing, financial management, and strategic growth. Her combined experience in corporate financial services and entrepreneurship brings a practical, operations-focused perspective to her current role, where she works to strengthen the Allen Insurance Agency brand, develop meaningful business and community relationships, and support the agency's continued growth.

A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, Carl has held various business and operations roles across the telecommunications and oil & gas/energy sectors. He is actively connecting with North Texas chamber boards to find the right fit for long-term community involvement, as he believes strong local relationships are the foundation of a thriving agency.
